Yuhan Chemical has built a new plant in Hwaseong (2nd plant) with a total area of 17,342 ㎡ in January 2016,
to meet the constantly growing demand, and to expand the CMO business.

In the Hwaseong site, Production activities are efficiently carried out because the facilities and the quality and production systems are compatible
with the Ansan site. Morever, there is a system for effective cooperation between the two sites.

Based on the existing infrastructure and systems, Yuhan Chemical can expand new production buildings and
has a system to respond quickly to our customer's demand.

01 Major Manufacturing Equipment Cryogenic Reactor, Hydrogenation Reactor, N₂ Generator, Fitz Mill

02 Reaction Compartment Reaction chambers are separated with a compartment to prevent cross-contamination when moving powder

03 Condenser Room Installed a separate floor for managing condensers

04 SCADA System Introduced SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) that can monitor production facility’s operating conditions in real time

05 OEL system Introduced an OEL (Occupational Exposure Limits) system for protecting workers
